Jason is Yuchi (Euchee) and an enrolled citizen of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation of Oklahoma and
member of the Polecat Ceremonial Grounds. He has worked in Materials Management in various
capacities since 1986.
During the 1990s, Jason participated as a board member of his local Johnson-O'Malley and Title VII
Indian Education Programs. Providing cultural and educational assistance to Native American children
within his local school district. Jason also helped begin the Native American Fellowship, Inc., a Cherokee-
centric non-profit organization promoting language, culture, and community (GaDuGi). Serving as Board
President for many years, he still remains a member of the organization providing cultural programming
assistance.
In 2012, he joined the Lenapeowsi Foundation Board of Directors, a Delaware Indian-centric non-profit
promoting the Delaware language and culture with an emphasis on child education and welfare. Jason is
currently the Treasurer for the organization and continues to provide assistance in cultural education.
Jason joined Caesar’s Ford Theatre Board of Directors in 2022 and hopes to offer a unique
indigenous perspective to their productions. Participating in Native American living history events for
several years, his knowledge and experience continue to grow and prove a valued asset.
